[ Introduction ]

Sophia on the web is a resource guide created for my Philosophy students.  The site contains all course materials including syllabi, assignment schedules, lecture notes, and other materials that I hope my students find helpful.  Comments for site improvement are always welcomed.

Logic and Critical Thinking students will find links to my lecture notes and review handouts for their current semester in this section.  Alternate paginations for the course textbook are also available for older editions.

Introduction to Philosophy students will find links to my lecture notes and review handouts for their current semester in this section.  A glossary of philosophical terminology also appears in this section. Alternate paginations for the course textbook are also available for older editions.

The reference section includes reading lists by topic, a glossary, links to primary source materials, and other useful tools for students. Also included in this section is a link to current non-Logic and non-Intro course materials.  Ethics course materials can be found in this section.
